Craig, originally from Altoona, Pennsylvania, began his career in the U.S. Army Reserves as an Ordnance Officer in 1981. After graduating from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1984, he was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Transportation Corps. Craig retired as a Colonel after over 28 years of service, with his final assignment as Commander of the 597th Transportation Group under USTRANSCOM’s Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command. Throughout his military career, Craig held numerous command and key positions in various locations, including the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Liberty, North Carolina, the 27th Transportation Battalion in Germany, the Southern European Task Force in Italy, and the 10th Transportation Battalion at Fort Eustis, Virginia, among others. After retiring from the Army, he worked as the Director of Transportation and Business Development for Supreme Defense and Government Services USA from 2009 to 2015, and as a Senior Consultant with LMI from 2015 to 2019. In May 2019, Craig became the Senior Vice President of Operations for the National Defense Transportation Association (NDTA) and became the NDTA Board Executive Vice President in 2022. He lives and works in Northern Virginia.

Gosch, was named Vice President – Loup Logistics in August 2024. Loup provides innovative transportation and logistics solutions, including door-to-door shipping, logistics and other specialized services. Prior to her current role, Gosch was Assistant Vice President – Strategy & Sustainability for Union Pacific Railroad. Her team was responsible for leading the Union Pacific innovation program, working with the executive leadership team on shaping the strategy and communicating it across the company and driving the Sustainability strategy and disclosures. Gosch has been with Union Pacific for over 20 years and has held leadership positions including Assistant Vice President – Intermodal Sales, Senior Director – Commercial Pricing, Director M&S at UPDS (now Loup), and various Pricing, Sales and Process Improvement roles on the Marketing and Sales team. Gosch is a founding member and former President for EASE, a disability supporting employee resource group at Union Pacific, and outside of work, Gosch is an active member of the Angelman Syndrome Foundation and the American Cancer Society. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of South Dakota in 2003. She and her husband, Christopher, live in Omaha, Nebraska with their three children.

Samantha began her supply chain journey as a Trainmaster with the BNSF Railway after graduating from Villanova University. She had a 13-year career with the Railroad as Director of Ports, liaising between the railroad and ports across the network while earning a Master’s in Global Supply Chain from the University of Southern California.
She then joined the Port of Long Beach, leading the Commercial Operations Bureau and its three divisions: Business Development, Tenant Services and Operations, and Security Services divisions. Collaborating with the three division directors, customers and industry partners, Samantha’s focus was to drive efficiencies and optimize the supply chain to build on the Port’s value proposition of operational excellence and world-class customer service.
Before joining InductEV, Samantha led the Commercial Operations team at Fleetzero, helping to lead the decarbonization of ocean shipping through a world class marine battery pack and battery-electric ship. At InductEV, she leads the Operations team inclusive of supply chain, customer success, and manufacturing.

As the President of TOTE Maritime Alaska, Alex Hofeling manages all commercial and operational activities for TOTE Group’s carrier company serving the Alaska trade. Hofeling joined TOTE Maritime Alaska in 2013 as Regional Sales Manager until being promoted to General Manager in 2018. Previously, Hofeling served as the Vice President and General Manager of TOTE Maritime Alaska in Anchorage, working closely with customers, communities, public officials, labor interests and others to fulfill the commitment to serving those in the 49th state. Hofeling holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Washington, and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Seattle University.

John Wolfe is chief executive officer of The Northwest Seaport Alliance (NWSA). He sets the organization’s vision and strategy, and guides the NWSA’s unique customer-focused culture. Wolfe also served as the CEO of the Port of Tacoma, a position he held from 2010 to 2019. Before being named CEO, he had served as the Port of Tacoma’s deputy executive director since June 2005. Prior to joining the Port of Tacoma, Wolfe served for two years as the executive director of the Port of Olympia, and before that as Olympia’s director of operations and marine terminal general manager. Wolfe also spent 10 years with Maersk Sealand/APM Terminals in Tacoma, most recently as the terminal’s operations manager. He is on the boards of the American Association of Port Authorities (AAPA), Executive Council for a Greater Tacoma, Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber of Commerce, the Washington State Fair Board, Federal Maritime Commission’s Export Innovation Team and Maritime Innovation Advisory Council for the Department of Commerce. Wolfe is also an executive board member of the Economic Development Board for Tacoma-Pierce County. Wolfe earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pacific Lutheran University.
